Challenging work environment

Each year, a survey is conducted to measure employee satisfaction. The results are used in designing, modifying and introducing programs and policies or any other decision liable to have a direct impact on the quality of the work environment. Employees have a determinant say in the quality of their workplace.

Workplace quality is a function of the attention accorded to occupational health and safety, the maintenance of a work environment free of any form of harassment and the implementation of stimulating programs conducive to professional and personal development.

Finally, an excellence and innovation program recognizes exceptional work by employees who are singled out for excellence in service, innovation or dedication. The program especially recognizes employee participation in the development of client relationships.

Compensation

The salary administration policy is based on internal equity and salary equity.

The job evaluation committee, made up of employees, is responsible for its upkeep.

In addition, regular employees participate in an incentive program based on results.

Group insurance

COFELY Services offers a complete group insurance program with a wide range of individual and family coverage. Optional enriched coverage is also available. The plan is presented to new employees upon hiring.

Pension plan and Group RRSP

The COFELY Services registered defined contribution pension plan is designed to provide employees with supplementary pension benefits at retirement.

In order to provide more flexibility to employees, a Group RRSP is also available.

Professional development

Training is an important matter. Employees are encouraged to develop their skills and to maximize their potential.

The training and development programs are designed to meet the company’s specific needs in employment and satisfy the requirements of its various operations. Individual professional development plans are reviewed annually in order to best meet the specific job requirements of each technical employee.
